Elmswell fire crew had a sensitive rescue to handle this morning after a child got stuck in a potty.

It took the crew a mere eight minutes to remove the potty from a two-year-old’s head at The Street, Wetherden, at about 9.30am

A Suffolk Fire Service spokesman remained po-faced long enough to say they used small cutting gear to free the child.
