A village playgroup which first started in a living room celebrated its 40th anniversary at the weekend.
Feltwell Playgroup, which has also been based in the old mission hall and the community centre before moving home to the WI hall, marked their special day with an afternoon of tea, cake and activities.
Chairman Claire Scarff, who has worked at the playgroup for 22 years, said: “The afternoon went really well. We were a bit low on numbers because of the weather but everyone who came along really enjoyed themselves.
“A lot of people commented on how much the playgroup has changed over the years.”
Feltwell Playgroup has 42 children on their books over the course of a week.
