Three generations of Emma and Steve Murrow’s family have been educated at St Mary’s Church of England Academy in Mildenhall, so they decided to say thank you.

They run the Mildenhall-based Basic Life first aid training company so they decided to give the school, and its neighbourhood, a defibrillator.

Emma said: “This was our way of saying thank you to the school who taught me, my mother and our three boys.”

It is in a cabinet on the school fence and in September the Murrows will run courses at the school on using it. To book a course call 01638 510343.
