Estate agent Morris Armitage has opened a new branch in Bury St Edmunds.

Having bought a successful rental business in the town, the firm is looking to build on the premises’ already established reputation.

The branch will continue to focus on rentals, but with a brand new sales team, managed by Mark Wixley.

Mark said: “I’ve lived in and around Bury St Edmunds for 30 years and have been in the industry for seven and with a great team supporting me, this branch will be able to offer a high level of knowledge and experience. I’m really looking forward to the task ahead.”

This is the seventh office to be opened by Morris Armitage in under 12 years.

The Bury branch will join the agency’s growing network of offices across Suffolk , Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

Co-owner Simon Morris said: “Both James and I are extremely excited about the opening of the new branch in Bury. “Since opening our doors in 2002, we have gone from strength to strength and enjoyed enormous success.

“This is just another step forward in our growth plans for the business.”
