Equestrian sculptures to feature in art exhibition at St Edmundbury Catherdral in Bury St Edmunds

Have your say

This Autumn sees a feast of artists exhibiting in Bury St Edmunds featuring Nic Fiddian Green whose international reputation as a sculptor of equestrian forms has largely been based on the monumental size of his works.

Drawings and some smaller sculptures will be at The Edmund Gallery, St Edmundsbury Cathedral along with other artists including Eileen Hogan this years selector for The Discerning Eye Exhibition.

Louise Balaam’s work features rising hills, distant plains, scudding clouds and shifting light of Britain’s vistas, said to be reminiscient of some of the work of Turner and Constable.

Both Eileen and Louise were part of Royal Academy Summer Show 2013.

These artists plus Katya Gridneve, Adam Binder and several more will be at The Edmund Gallery, in Bury from September 27 to October 10.
