A TV magician dazzled more than 200 pupils, parents and guests when he performed a series of tricks at Culford School.

Michael J Fitch, star of Channel 4’s Freaky Magic and the BBC’s Sorcerer’s Apprentice, treated the audience in the school’s Centenary Hall to a night of comedy and magic.

Five-year-old Culford Pre-Prep pupil Guy Melia was among those who joined the award-winning entertainer on stage.

The evening concluded with a spoon bending trick.

A wealth of other events will be held as part of the school’s annual scholars’ programme.

On Friday, February 24, the King’s College Cambridge Scholars’ Choir Collegium Regale will perform a concert.
