Pupils at a Bury St Edmunds school are able to read in an area of tranquility after a sensory garden was installed.
Hardwick Primary has transformed its courtyard, which is next to the school library, into the green space using a design by Vicky Walters, of Azur Borders and Plants.
A group of volunteers, parents and staff cleaned the area up before the children helped with the planting.
Meanwhile, the school has installed a vegetable garden. Both projects were funded by the school’s friends group, which provided £1,300.
