Head will be ‘greatly missed’

The departing headteacher of Beck Row Primary School has been described as ‘a great asset’.

Angie Hamilton will leave the post she has held for three years at the end of this academic term.

She said: “It’s been an amazing time at Beck Row. There have been huge changes at the school in terms of moving through to a full primary school - it’s been wonderful seeing the year six this year.”

Chair of governors. Sarah Stevens, said: “Mrs Hamilton has been a great asset to our school over the last 3 years.

“She has worked tirelessly and enthusiastically and will be greatly missed by staff, governors, parents and pupils alike.”

Mrs Hamilton will take up a new post as headteacher of a North Norfolk primary school.
