CHILDREN in Bury St Edmunds and Barrow performed a well known song on Tuesday in an attempt to break a Guinness World Record.

In West Road Church youngsters up to five-years-old from Jigsaw Playgroup and the Bury Childminding Group joined children from The Green Wellie Educational Day Nursery, in Barrow, and around 1,600 people across the UK in, what is hoped will be, the largest game of Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes to have ever taken place.

The Chatterbox Challenge was also used to raise money for I CAN, a charity that helps children with communication difficulties.

Natalie Grace, senior nursery nurse at Green Wellies, said: “It went really well, all of the children joined in and they all enjoyed it.”
