Students at St Benedict’s Catholic School in Bury St Edmunds are ‘easing on down the road’ with a show-stopping production of musical The Wiz.
With a cast of more than 60 and directed by the school’s head of drama Bridie Rowe, it is billed as a ‘fast-moving, captivating, colourful and fun’ adaptation of the Wizard of Oz story.
St Benedict’s drama department is staging the show as their annual theatre production.
There are still tickets available for the 7pm show tonight (February 26) and 2.30pm matinee on Saturday.
They can be purchased from the main reception at St Benedict’s, in Beeton’s Way.
