West Suffolk residents are being encouraged to put their best foot forward in a walking based health initiative.
England’s largest fitness organisation, Walking for Health, is starting a programme across Suffolk this spring to encourage people to exercise.
Debbie Maynard, health walks coordinator for West Suffolk, is currently training new volunteers to become health walk leaders.
Walks come in several difficulty levels.
Over the next few weeks Debbie is holding training sessions in Waveney, Sudbury, Newmarket and Brandon.
