Village hit by vandalism

POLICE are appealing for information after a spate of vandalism in Thurston.

Between 3pm on August 31 and 6pm on September 1, vehicles, properties and signs were sprayed with graffiti.

In Barton Road a red Land Rover Discovery was sprayed with paint, as was a blue BMW and an exterior wall of a property in Wheatfields.

A silver Audi A3 and a red Toyota Corolla were sprayed in Barleyfields, in Norton Road a meter box was painted, and numerous signs on Station Hill were sprayed. The police say the crimes are all being linked.
