TWO men have been arrested after police seized a stash of cocaine worth more than £10 million in Brandon.
The haul – believed to be the largest ever recovered in the county – was uncovered at business premises in Highbury Road, Brandon on Tuesday morning.
One man from Thetford and one from London, both aged 56, were arrested on Monday night on suspicion of the importation of cocaine and possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply.
The men were questioned at the Police Investigation Centre in Bury St Edmunds.
Officers were given permission to extend the initial questioning period by 30 hours by a magistrate on Wednesday.
Suffolk Police are being assisted with the investigation by the UK Border Agency.
