Mildenhall man to appear in court today charged with three burglaries

A 38-year-old man is appearing at Ipswich Magistrates’ Court this morning charged with three counts of burglary and driving offences.

Andre McCall, of Campbell Close in Mildenhall, was arrested yesterday, Wednesday May 27, and taken into custody at Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre where he was interviewed by detectives.

He has now been charged with three burglaries in Mildenhall in the early hours of yesterday morning – one at a home at Bridewell Close, one at De Havilland Court, where a handbag was stolen, and the third at Macpherson Robertson Way where an iPad and frozen foodstuffs were taken.

He has also been charged with driving a motor vehicle without insurance and driving with no licence.

He has been detained in custody pending an appearance before magistrates this morning, Thursday May 28.
