Breeding budgies stolen from Beck Row

65 budgies have been stolen from an aviary in Beck Row.

The birds were stolen from the garden of a house on The Street, Beck Row, between 10pm on April 16 and 5:15am the next day.

Thieves entered the garden through a gate before breaking into the aviary and stealing the breeding birds.

The budgies’ chicks and eggs were left behind.

The stolen birds are a common breed in a variety of colours.
