A MAN accused of six assaults on a woman and her child, theft and criminal damage appeared before magistrates in Bury St Edmunds on Monday.
Daniel Mark Cook, 26, of Chaple Lane, Drinkstone, denied all of the assaults, which are alleged to have taken place between November and December.
He also denied destroying a flower pot and stealing a bike but pleaded guilty to destroying a pane of glass.
He was released on conditional bail, which requires him to stay at a named address and prevents him from contacting the alleged victims or going to Sudbury, unless escorted by a police officer.
He is due to appear at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court for trial on March 18.
