Crews battle Barrow blaze

A pair of fire crews from Bury St Edmunds were called to tackle a building fire in Barrow this morning.

It happened in Brittons Road just after 6am.

On arrival, crews found heavy smoke logging in the building and a small fire in a cooker.

Using breathing apparatus and one hose reel, the blaze was under control by 6.27am.
