Emergency services were called to a collision involving a van and car on the Moreton Hall estate, in Bury.

Suffolk Police and the East of England Ambulance Service were called just after 10.10am to reports of a collision between a grey Toyota and red Transit Van, in Easlea Road.

A spokesman for the ambulance service said there were initial reports of two patients - a man aged in his 60s and a woman in her 30s.

They sent an ambulance crew and ambulance officer.

He added: “One patient with neck pain was taken to West Suffolk Hospital for further treatment.”

The road was blocked.
