Collision between two lorries near Rougham on A14 causes tailbacks

Tailbacks on the A14 this morning were caused by a collision between two lorries near Rougham.

The westbound carriageway between junctions 46 to 45 was closed following the crash, which was reported to police at about 2.05am today (October 8).

A spokeswoman said there were minor injuries.

Diesel was on the road and a clean-up and recovery was required.

The road re-opened just after 7.40am but there were significant tailbacks afterwards.
