No 10 summit for boss of New Anglia LEP
Chairman of the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership Doug Field took part in a meeting with Prime Minister Theresa May to discuss ways businesses in the East can prosper.

Some £50 billion in capital investment is planned in clean energy inland and offshore in the region by 2020 Mr Field highlighted the role which local partners and businesses play to accelerate growth and to ensure this investment will have a real impact on local businesses and communities.
He said after: “The Government recognises the important work of LEPs across the country and the Ministers were very keen to hear about the challenges being faced by local businesses, especially around skills.
“I was pleased to to be able to highlight the East’s flourishing energy sector as a key driver for economic growth, not just for the East but for the whole of the country.”
