Clare hits peak for charity

A MOTHER of two from Stowmarket has raised more than £600 for charity by scaling England’s highest peak.

Clare Debenham, 33, completed the Ben Nevis climb in just 12 hours on September 3.

Clare, of Jacksnipe Close, raised the money for Breast Cancer Care. The charity is close to her heart as her mother and grandmother both had, and survived, breast cancer.

She was part of a group of 70 climbers who tackled the challenge.

But now she is back to normality, and back to work at Greene King.
