West Suffolk Hospital is hosting its second online charity Christmas auction next month, giving people from the local community a chance to bid on a host of luxury gifts and experiences.
Christmas shoppers will be given the chance to bid for Christmas presents thanks to the generosity of local individuals and businesses who donated items to areas of the hospital they would like to support.
Among the gifts going to auction is a rare Beatles photo, taken by renowned photographer, Tom Murray. The framed photo is one of only 19 ever produced. Other items up for grabs will include a flying experience and even singer-songwriter Cody Pennington singing in your own living room.
Dave Gooderham, manager of the charity, said: “The local community has once again come up trumps in offering some fantastic auction items. The fundraising team has worked hard to ensure there is something for everyone.”
The auction will run on the hospital’s eBay site from December 4-13. Visit www.wsh.nhs.uk/charity
