A GLITTERING display of vehicles in a spectacular setting will once again provide a great day out and this year it will be raising money for St Nicholas Hospice Care.
Classic and Sports Cars by the Lake, will be at Hall Farm, Fornham St Martin, on Sunday, September 9.
Organised by Andrew and Gina Long, it will be open from 10.30am-4.30pm.
This is the event’s third year, and will see more than 250 vehicles on display.
Austin Cornish, chairman of the hospice’s special events committee, said: “The aim is to provide a great, memorable fun family day out, which will raise awareness of the facilities the hospice provides and raise crucial funds.”
Suffolk Food Halls will provide the catering, and Greene King will provide a bar.
Visitors can enjoy craft stalls, a hot air balloon display and a children’s fun area.
Kevin Clements, hospice director of fund-raising and marketing, added: “We would like to thank the volunteers for this event for keeping the hospice alive.”
