Cannabis and cannabis plants found after police raid two properties in Red Lodge and Lakenheath




Police raided two properties in Red Lodge and Lakenheath yesterday (January 24).

They seized a quantity of cannabis and cash after carrying out a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a property, in Ash Court, Red Lodge.

A 20-year-old man and 19-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply, money laundering and for cultivation of cannabis.

They were taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning and they were both released under investigation pending further enquiries.

Later the same day, officers searched a property in Lakenheath.

Six cannabis plants and cannabis cultivation were discovered.
