A restaurant that specialises in ‘proper hamburgers’ and a popular jewellery designer will soon be opening stores in Bury St Edmunds.

Arc shopping centre has today revealed that burger restaurant Byron and jewellery manufacturer Pandora will be moving to the town.

Work has now started on getting units ready for the businesses, which will take the arc to 100 per cent occupancy.

Byron will be opening in an expanded unit opposite Carluccio’s while Pandora will be opening in the former Wallis unit, which was vacated as part of the store’s recent move into Debenhams.

Colin Roberts, Arc centre manager, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming two more leading brands to arc which will only add to the attraction of our town as a great shopping destination.

“Pandora is a world leading brand and Byron a growing, quality brand that will give our visitors another great dining option while they shop. “In addition to these great new arrivals, to be able to say that we are 100 per cent let just shows what a wonderful and desirable town Bury St Edmunds has become.”
