A new digital marketing service to help small businesses transform their online presence has been launched by the parent company of the Bury Free Press.

Johnston Press’ Digital Kitbag will provide a fully integrated digital marketing solution for local businesses keen to reach an online audience for the first time or ensure their website is unique.

Services include a ‘do-it-yourself’ email marketing tool, social media management, search engine marketing and a range of effective website and digital presence solutions.

Chris Brake, Digital Kitbag managing director, said: “Our goal is simple - to take the time and effort out of online marketing so that SMBs can get on with what they do best - running their business.”

Digital Kitbag products will now be trialled in the UK with a full roll-out expected by May.
