FALCON Promotions, in Woolpit, is celebrating it’s silver anniversary.
The printing and promotions company was set up by Paul Peachey and Les Wright after they worked together in the sales team of another local printer.
They set up Falcon Print on March 1, 1987, later moving into creating promotional items, such as pens and folders, for companies.
Paul said much of the company’s success was due to the low turnover of staff and their dedication to the job.
He said “This anniversary is a testament to our staff and the way they perform on a regular basis.
We have been a leading light in the promotions business for a number of years.
“Les and I are both still so passionate about the company. It is almost like a family working here.
“The business has changed much over the years – there were no computers or emails when we began, just the telephone and a note pad.
“But we still think it is important to actually meet people we are dealing with face to face – you cannot beat the personal touch.”
