A Bury St Edmunds school has been recognised for effective practice, performance, progress and continuous improvement.

Sexton’s Manor Primary School has been awarded a platinum plaque after achieving the Basic Skills Quality Mark for 10 years.

Headteacher Debbie Knight said: “I am very proud of my team here and all the children who make this possible.”
