Pupils at Tollgate Primary School, in Bury, show-cased their Japanese language skills to parents in an assembly.

The school, part of the Bury All-Through Trust, has worked with a Japanese teacher from County Upper looking at areas such as the alphabet and numbers.

Tollgate was awarded £3,000 to help set up the learning at Key Stage 2.
