The 20-year-old said: “I’m thrilled to have been selected from over 90,000 entries worldwide. Photography has always been a passion of mine and I’m delighted to have my work recognised by the World Photography Organisation.”

Fellow students Stephen Allwright and Edward Alabaster were named as overall winner of the 2015/16 Student Photography Awards and runner-up in the Ilford Photo Student Photographer of the Year competition respectively.
