Bury St Edmunds firm celebrates 10 blooming good years

A Bury St Edmunds home improvement company is this year celebrating 10 years as a Bury In Bloom roundabout sponsor.

The scheme has been running for more than 20 years and Frames Conservatories Direct (FCD) is one of its longest running sponsors, now with two of 17 roundabout sponsorships in the town - one at either end of Beddingfield Way.

FCD owner Adrian Lewis said: “Not only is the arrangement a great way for us to promote our business to a constant stream of passing vehicles but it also funds the numerous floral projects in and around the town which improves the environment for us all.”

Melanie Lesser, Bury in Bloom co-ordinator, said: “The benefits of the scheme are far-reaching for the town, not only inspiring voluntary work and co-operation between communities, but increasing the pride and satisfaction with the town as a place to live as well as providing lasting improvements to the local environment for all to enjoy.”
