Bury St Edmunds scaffolder Ched Uzor comes fourth in Love Island final with partner Jess Gale
It's the end of the road for Bury St Edmunds' Ched Uzor who has finished in fourth place in the Love Island final.
He may not have bagged the £50,000 prize but scaffolder Ched is walking away still loved up with his 'sweet one' Jess Gale.
Speaking to Love Island host Laura Whitmore, Ched said the highlight of his journey was 'spending everyday with Jess'.
"I thought I'd come in and have like two or three days and go home but I met a sweet one didn't I?" said the 23 year old.
Ched entered the show's Casa Amour at the beginning of this month and made a beeline for Cambridge girl Jess.
For their first date, the couple were sent to see penguins on a South African beach.
They later took their relationship to the next level after agreeing to be 'exclusive'.
In a 'declaration of love' shown in tonight's programme, Ched told Jess: "Each day you remind me that I've got the right girl for me.
"It has always been hard for me to open up and express how I really feel and I appreciate you for bringing that out of me."
He added: "This makes me even more excited for the outside world."
