Team Life Cycle are busy preparing for the ultra-marathon Race Across America for organ donation and the British Heart Foundation.

The four-person relay team, David Sapsford, Peter Featherstone, Dominic Silk, and Zoila Gilham-Fernandez, and their support crew want to know what logistical difficulties they could face during a continuous 3,000-mile journey across 12 US states next month.

A 24-hour practice ride saw them ditch mobile phones for radio communication, while this weekend they are working on how best to swap riders at night.
