Members of the Colchester-based 16 Air Assault Brigade, which includes Wattisham’s Apaches, visited the shopping centre with an armed Jackal support vehicle parked beside Next, 2 Para helping people into parachutes outside the Apex alongside 16 RAMC paramedics with a training dummy, a 1 Signals Regiment communications Land Rover was in front of Monsoon and bomb disposal showed off disarmed ordnance opposite Wagamama.
