Burglars ran off from a home in Bury St Edmunds after making enough noise to disturb the property owner.

On Tuesday September 27 at around 1.10pm. offenders attempted to force entry to the rear of a property in Banks Walk, damaging the doors.

But the owner was home and heard voices and banging so he shouted out and four men were seen running from the address towards Nowton Road.

All are described as tall and skinny, with one reportedly wearing a blue jacket.
