Bury St Edmunds is one of eight towns where Burger King is trialling free home deliveries.

It today started making home deliveries within a two-mile radius of its restaurant on the St Andrew’s Street South side of the arc.

The company said: “This three-month trial is taking place across eight selected regions, including Northampton, Romford, Truro, Hornchurch, Gants Hill, Hull, Bury St Edmunds and Hayes.

“Customers in these areas are able to place orders over the phone or via the Burger King delivery website everyday between 12 to 3pm and 6 to 10pm.

There is a £14 minimum order on home delivery and two two-meal and one three-meal combination packages have been added to the regular menu.

The delivery website is at www.burgerkingdelivers.co.uk
