Break-in at Barnham home as victim lay sleeping

Police are investigating a break-in at a home in Barnham, near Thetford, on Friday.

Access to the home in Euston Road was gained by breaking a glass panel and it is thought the suspect escaped through the front door.

It happened between midnight and 8am while the victim was sleeping.

Nothing appears to have been taken at this stage.

Anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious should call Bury CID on 101 quoting reference 65779/16, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
