Police are appealing for information following the theft of a mountain bike in Bury St Edmunds earlier this month.

The bike is as pictured, a yellow and silver Carerra Stunt Mountain bike, except it now has bright red brake cables.

It was stolen from a cycle rack in Beetons Way between 9am and 4.15pm on September 6. It had not been secured.

Officers are appealing for anyone with information to call the Incident and Crime Management Hub on 101, quoting reference 54168/16. Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted, anonymously, on 0800 555111 or online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org
