Bees killed after Red Lodge hives targeted for second time

Bees have been killed after hives were targeted for the second time in recent weeks.

Eight beehives near the underpass at Heath Farm Road in Red Lodge were pushed over at some point between May 11 and 15.

A Suffolk Police spokesman said: "The area around the hives was scattered with dead bees."

It follows a report last month that three beehives were pushed over after groups of youths were seen gathering at the nearby underpass.

Anyone with information should contact Suffolk Police on 101 quoting 37/26824/20.
