Arson attack on Thetford shop

Police are appealing for witnesses after an arson attack on a shop in Thetford on Monday night.

Norfolk Police say an ignited item was put through the letterbox of the shop in Lime Kiln Lane and a front window was smashed to start another fire, damaging the interior.

It happened between 9pm on Monday and 6:45am on Tuesday and police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the area around those times.
