Arrests and crack cocaine seized after vehicle stopped near Bury St Edmunds




Two men were arrested after police stopped a vehicle near Bury St Edmunds and seized crack cocaine.

On Friday (June 12) at around 4.30pm, officers had cause to stop a vehicle in Great Saxham.

They searched four men, carried out drugs tests and seized a small amount of crack cocaine and drugs paraphernalia.

Two men, in their 40s, were arrested with one man on suspicion of drug driving and a second man on suspicion of possession of class A drugs.

They were taken to Bury St Edmunds police investigation centre and questioned by detectives, before being released under investigation.
