Appeal for 33-year-old elephant taken in Brandon

A reward has been offered for the safe return on a 33-year-old toy elephant and other possessions taken from a car in Brandon on September 23.

The window of a white Ford S-Max people carrier was smashed and £2,000 worth of property taken at Brandon Country Park between 2pm and 2.30pm.

The items taken included a HP G6 laptop, a large family suitcase, GHD straighteners and children’s soft toys including the elephant which has great sentimental value.

The victims of the crime, who left the car briefly to stretch their legs while travelling to their home in Berkshire, North Norfolk, have offered a reward of up to £250 for the return of their possessions.
