Hundreds of dog dogs and their owners had tea together at the Animal Health Trust’s ‘doggy tea party’ themed family fun day. The special event at Lanwades Park, Kentford, included special treats for man’s best friend, provided by Woof and Brew, with dog-friendly herbal teas and dog biscuits whilst Harriets Tea Rooms provided sumptuous refreshments for the two-legged guests.

Attendees could also get their pets’ portraits taken by photographer Sarah George.

Crowds enjoyed watching a heelwork to music performance from dog trainer, Christina Oxtoby, whose own dogs have been treated at the Animal Health Trust.

Sandra Jaina, AHT event co-ordinator, said: “The event raised over £600 for the Animal Health Trust, which is a fantastic bonus.”
