MP Jo Churchill to host older persons fair at The Athenaeum, in Bury St Edmunds

The second older persons fair at The Athenaeum, in Bury St Edmunds, will be hosted by MP Jo Churchill on May 10.

The event, from 10am-1pm, will offer information about a range of organisations which offer support and advice.

Jo said: “This free event is a chance to learn more about what is happening in your community.

"In addition, representatives from local clubs will be attending, offering an insight into some of the activities available throughout the constituency."

Barclays Digital Eagles will also be at the event giving advice and tips for online banking, being scam aware and developing digital skills.

"I would invite everyone to come along and enjoy a free cuppa and browse the wide variety of interesting stalls," added Jo.

The event follows a number of successful older persons fairs, across the constituency, the last being held in Needham Market earlier this year.
