Accolades for VW dealer and its staff

Bury St Edmunds Volkswagen has been named one of the brand’s to UK dealerships.

The dealership in Northern Way, finished 13th our of 215 sites nationwide in the VW One Business Awards having been recognised by Volkswagen UK for its high levels of customer satisfaction.

Gary Halestrap, brand manager for Bury St Edmunds Volkswagen, said: “I’m delighted the business has achieved such a high position in the country.

“In the current economic climate it’s vital for businesses to ensure consumers receive the very best customer service and this official recognition is testament to the hard work of all staff at Bury St Edmunds Volkswagen.”

In addition, Stephen Eboma, a service advisor at Bury St Edmunds Volkswagen Van Centre, has been selected as a VW Commercial Vehicles’ Elite Customer Champion.

Stephen, 38, from Bury, said: “I have always been focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience for our Volkswagen Van Centre customers and I am passionate about VW as a brand.

“With the support of our workshop team we are able to offer a positive service experience and exceed expectations and I’m proud to be a part of it.”
