A14 blocked after three vehicle crash near Bury

A three vehicle collision caused long delays on the A14 near Bury St Edmunds this morning, Tuesday August 16.

Lane two was closed on the westbound carriageway just before the Rougham junction following the incident involving a Vauxhall Astra, Fiat Punto and Audi A3.

The lane was closed due to an oil spill and while one of the vehicles awaited recovery.

The road was now been cleared.
