A 73-year-old man arrested following the sudden death of Beryl Mary Taylor at Rattlesden in July has been re-bailed to return to police in November.

He was initially arrested on suspicion of assisting a suicide after police were called to Birds Green on July 11 following the death of Mrs Taylor, 70, who was known as Mary.

He was taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre and was then further arrested on suspicion of murder and was initially bailed to return to police on today but has been now re-bailed to return on November 17, to allow further enquiries.
