High Lodge in Thetford Forest if offering a wintry night-time adventure this weekend and in the run up to Christmas.
The Electric Forest has returned this year with a new set of interactive light and sound installations that, almost literally, bring the trees to life.
This year, visitors are challenegd to create their own sound and light show, using magic gongs, and the trees will be talking to you, thanks to a collaboration between Culture Creative, the company behind The Electric Forest, and Norwich-based street theatre company Stuff & Things - just press your ear up against selected trees and listen . . .
The event also features an installation created with help from local primary school children and families at RAF Mildenhall.
Plus, various pieces of play equipment are illuminated for youngsters (and their parents) to clamber over.
To book tickets for The Electric Forest - £15.50 for adults, £10 children (under-fives free) or £41 for a family ticket - visit www.theelectricforest.co.uk or call 03000 680400.
The organisers advise vistors to dress warmly - and take a torch.
It is open this weekend (December 7-9) and next weekend (Thursday to Sunday Dec 13-16).
