A SMALL Mid Suffolk village is gearing up for its biggest event to date.
Bildeston is hosting its first music festival, B Natural, this month. And the three-day event promises to provide an eclectic mix of music and activities.
The festival will show off the best of local talents in the village’s prettiest spots and venues from September 9 to September 11.
The fun-filled weekend kicks off with an indie night at Chamberlin Hall and continues on Saturday evening with a second indie event.
On Saturday, music-lovers can enjoy 20 mini concerts in 20 gardens dotted throughout the village. Or visitors can get hands-on at a percussion masterclass or musical instrument workshop.
Acoustic sounds and acapella songs will fill the air at The Crown and King’s Head throughout the weekend, and the main stage will feature samba drums, a jazz quartet and the primary school choir, entertaining the crowds all weekend long.
On Sunday, Stowmarket Chorale and singers from Suffolk Opera will be providing entertainment accompanied with tea and cakes.
