Status Quo to play at Thetford Forest

NEVER ending rockers Status Quo are coming to Thetford Forest in June as part of its annual series of summer concerts.

Their June 9 gig is the only one in East Anglia as the hard working duo of Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt plan to wow the crowds with their definitive sounds which have won fans across the decades.

Status Quo have become a rock’n’roll institution. They have a prolific touring and recording act and have accumulated world-wide record sales exceeding 118 million.

Classic hits like ‘Caroline’, ‘Rockin’ All Over The World’ and ‘Whatever You Want’, are their signature songs which have seen them with a regular presence on the British singles chart over the years.

Francis Rossi said: “We love to bag a trip to the woods each year. We are pleased to make Thetford part of our touring plans for 2011 particularly as we had a great gig performing to a capacity crowd last time we were there.”
